Shilajit is formed over centuries from the slow decomposition of plant matter and minerals in the Himalayan mountains, compressed and transformed by intense geological pressure. It is carefully extracted & purified following traditional Ayurvedic principals by Sherpa families in northern Nepal.

Shilajit contains over 85 vital minerals in the most bioactive form that our bodies can utilize for optimum health. Humic acid supports detoxification by binding to toxins in the gut, while fulvic acid enhances nutrient absorption by penetrating cells and improving digestion.

Because the resin takes centuries to form through natural geological processes, over-extraction threatens its long-term availability and disrupts the delicate mountain ecosystems where it develops. Traditional practices reduce ecological impact.

Recommended dose: For adults, as a dietary supplement, consciously consume 250-500mg (simply dip the end of golden spoon) shilajit/day before physical activity of any kind. Try not to consume more than 1g (1 pea-sized amount) daily.
